Return to work or not after giving birth is a common dilemma faced by working mothers. These days most of the mothers chose to return to work after giving birth, although aware of return to work means to hire nannies to care for children during working mothers.
Teresa Wilson, author of C and tutors Companion postpartum discussion at the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) suggests, there are four most common reasons behind the mother chose to return to work after childbirth, partly because of feeling isolated.
Working mothers generally feel already familiar with the work environment, so that when a few months at home in the context of maternity leave, she was not well known by those around her house.
Mothers who are accustomed to working in the office of the adjustment needed to deal with life completely different to life in the workplace. The presence of a baby, would disrupt their spontaneity for some time, and this condition can not be denied.
“So, it is not surprising that the mothers choose to return to work after childbirth to regain life’s work world is very familiar,” said Teresa in his book.
Most of the mothers who return to work, not because they want to work. However, feelings of guilt leaving the children cared for other people still there. However, they also can not turn a blind eye to the fact that the cost of living is very high today.
“This is the reality that is often faced by mothers as family financial management. Do not want trouble with the money available, many mothers who choose to return to work after the birth of their child, “explained Teresa.
