In summer we love to have a tan, but it is essential to do so with caution and only keep our skin healthy.

Sunscreen
It is essential that whenever you do it out of the sun with sunscreen. Apply the cream half an hour before sun exposure, dry skin. Do not skimp and use a sufficient quantity.
To ensure barrier protection, reapply every 2 hours.
