1. 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
2. 3 tablespoons water (in which we boiled potatoes)
Steps to produce yogurt mask
1. First boil the potatoes in a little water.
2. When boiled and ready, save the resulting liquid.
3. Now mix the liquid with the yogurt, until you get a smooth paste.
Ideally, before applied, you wash your face beforehand. Then, apply the mixture, always avoiding the eye area. Let stand for 20 minutes to finally remove it with water.
