Now, yoga is available to your eyes, an excellent technique that through very simple exercises, rest your eyes and promises to develop visual concentration.

EXERCISES

Rest Your Eyes

  1. You must relax and leave the mind blank, if it costs you to get it, help yourself listening to some music very soft. Keep your back straight but relaxed, without tension. Breathe deeply a few times as they reach maximum relaxation and wellness.

  4. Now if you move your head, staring eyes both on the left shoulder for about 2 minutes. Then close your eyes and relax for a moment. Repeat facing the right shoulder.
  5. Finally, it supports the palms over the closed eyes and relaxed for a few minutes.

    I usually sleep for 7-8 hours a day to relax and rest my eyes. And also take some 15-20 mins of nap a day. I sleep early to avoid dark circles in your eyes.
