Have a beautiful belly back after having a baby is every woman’s dream. Exercises for your stomach as below basically safe and can be immediately put into practice a few days or a week after the delivery. However, there is a good idea to consult your doctors before doing exercises.
1. Tupler Technique
Technique invented by Julie Tupler, author of Maternal Fitness can be performed 1-2 days after surgery.
- Sitting on the bench, with feet flat on the floor.
-Slip into the back of the arm through the waist and put one hand on the back, with your palms facing out and fingers touching the spine.
-Pull your abdominal muscles inward, with a long breath.
-Exhale slowly, and repeat this exercise up to 10 times.
-Do exercises five times.
2. Modifications crunch
- Lie down straight, with both hands on the side.
- Bring your chin toward your chest, and a look at his fingertips.
- Looking up, make sure your abdominals pulled inward.
- Repeat 20 times.
